February Round Up – Detroit, Michigan

Who said February got to be over? I keep hearing that February dragged on forever, but I felt like it flew by! Regardless of whether you felt it went fast or slow, it’s time to say peace out February and helloooo March. I’m ready for whatever it has in store for me. However, before we jump into this new month I want to take a moment to recap my favorite moments of February and all the blessings that came with it.

Virtual Bridal Show

After my in-person bridal show in January, I realized how overwhelming shows can be for both brides and vendors. Between setting up your booth, finding parking, getting ready for a long day of small talk, it’s a lot. That’s why I decided to host a more low-key kind of bridal shower, virtually! My dream was an event that was mutually beneficial to both my couples and my favorite vendors. Ultimately, it turned out wonderful! We had prizes, giveaways, discounts, and a total blast. I can’t wait to do it again next year!

LMP Creators

As a long time creative and entrepreneur, I know what a struggle it is to constantly produce photos and images for social media on top of all the other demands of being a business owner. That’s why I knew there was a need for a program like LMP Creators.

LMP Creators is a subscription service for entrepreneurs, influencers, and business owners that I am SO excited to be able to offer! Every month, there will be a scheduled photo shoot where creators can bring their cutest outfits, new products, brand pieces, and whatever else they need photographed for their online presence.

Our first shoot is scheduled for March and I cannot wait to see the custom content produced and the community that develops from this service!

 

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter

As most of you know, I just recently discovered the world of Harry Potter. I’m a bit late to the game, but what I lack in late-ness I make up for with enthusiasm! My sister decided that for her birthday, she wanted to go Universal Studios on a girl’s trip and I was MORE than happy to oblige! Walking into the theme park, I felt like a little kid all over again! I absolutely nerd-ed out over every tiny detail. It truly felt like stepping into the world of Harry Potter. For any HP fan, bookworm, or lover of all things magical, I highly recommend it!

There’s just something about seeing little kids with wands actually believing that they’re wizards and grown adults wearing robes drinking butter beer. Was it all super silly? Yes. Did we wait in line for waaay too long to “get to” purchase wands? Yes. Did we actually go to every single gift shop in the park? You betcha!!

TBH, this trip was really the highlight of my entire month so we’ll just go ahead and close out this round up here, haha. Enjoy the photos below and I’ll see ya in March!
