Let me tell you a little bit about the woman behind Stephanie Holmes Hair. Stephanie is one of those people who you immediately become friends with. She is so calming and positive and she spreads that good energy all around her! We first met through Instagram, and I promptly asked her to do my hair and makeup for some upcoming headshots. Being in Stephanie’s glam chair made me feel so confident and energetic going into my headshots. It was all around an amazing experience…Stephanie went above and beyond my expectations!

I was so excited when she reached out to hire me a few months later for her personal branding photos.  This session is still one of my top favs! Stephanie specializes in bridal hair and makeup as well as men’s styling and grooming. Keep scrolling to hear why Stephanie does what she does.

• When did you first start Stephanie Holmes Hair and what were the reasons behind it?

After leaving a corporate barbershop, I really wanted to dive into what I loved doing from the start: making people feel their best. Hence, Stephanie Holmes Hair was born!!

• What do you do when you’re not working at Stephanie Holmes Hair?

I am a wife and momma to two wonderful boys and a puppy named Cooper. I stay busy chasing everyone around and trying to keep a clean house!!

• What’s on your bucket list to accomplish this year?

I would love to really elevate my guest experience. I am taking classes and continuing to up my game behind the chair in order to offer more luxury services in addition to running my business more efficiently.

• What do you love the most about the wedding day gigs?

The energy is my favorite. Everyone is so happy and there is so much love in the air.

• Why do you also do men’s beard trimming and grooming? Seems total opposite of wedding day glam!

I love beards. Pretty simple!! Ha but really unlike what some may think, guys love to be pampered too. I have worked in a barbershop for 10 years and have just joined the J Beverly Hills Men’s Education team. So I have a true passion for men’s styling along with that wedding day glam.

• What is your favorite product you carry and why?

I carry J Beverly Hills products. I absolutely love that our products are manufactured from start to finish in the USA. We have our own team of scientists that are continually working on bringing our clients the best products for healthy hair and scalp.
